ERN-RND has developed a modular Rare Neurological Diseases (RND) training curriculum. This curriculum serves to provide structured postgraduate medical education for young clinicians and health care professionals in the field of RND. Modules are structured according to the six ERN-RND Disease Groups and can be taken alongside specialist training or employment.
The main aim of the ERN-RND training program is to enable the RND expert to work effectively on a consultant level. The training is based on the UEMS approved European Training Requirement for the Competency RND.
The RND online learning path consists of
- educational webinars
- educational patient cases

Educational Webinars
ERN-RND provides free educational webinars on rare neurological diseases – in collaboration with the European Reference Network for Rare Neuromuscular Diseases (EURO-NMD) and the European Academy of Neurology (EAN). The goal is to share knowledge on rare neurological, movement and neuromuscular disorders via a series of webinars presented by expert members of both networks.
Audience: clinical specialists (neurologists and paediatric neurologists), residents and other paramedical staff involved in the care of neurological patients.
Find the recorded webinars below, you can filter by disease group and domain.
