A Memorandum of Understanding was recently signed by the European Reference Network for Rare Neurological Diseases (ERN-RND) and the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) to strengthen their collaboration in the field of rare neurological diseases.
The objectives of this partnership are multiple including:
- the improvement of the availability and quality of educational and scientific endeavors and materials
- working towards early and optimal diagnosis and standard of care for patients with rare neurological diseases
- collaborating with the EAN Task Force for Rare Neurological Diseases (EAN-TF-RND) to improve knowledge, health and research on rare neurological diseases
