Share4Rare, an initiative coordinated by Sant Joan de Déu Research Foundation and Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona Children’s Hospital, has launched a new international registry for people affected by a rare disease — or without a defined diagnosis — and who have been confirmed to have a SARS-CoV-2 infection.
The registry is addressed to people of all ages and will help to improve the general knowledge of this new disease and its evolution in these patients. The registry data will be of great help to professionals who are in the first line of treatment for these patients in these times of global pandemic. This initiative is also coordinated by Garrahan Hospital from Buenos Aires.
